Sales Head (SAH)

Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible to manage sales function within the branch in accordance with company's policies and procedures to achieve sales target and enhance our company’s service reputation. Managing sales forces to achieve sales target with excellent service would be the priority.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Head (preferably in financing company or banking), strong leadership to manage target and develop subordinates, ability to create and execute sales strategic plan, great networking and good impact influence. The incumbent should be able to be assigned in all around Indonesia.
